D'Lon is a US Veteran, who served in the United States Air Force for a decade before moving to Tennessee in 1991 to work as an exporter. In 2001, he started working in the insurance business and found that helping people getting the right coverage was not only financial success, but also personally found dong the right thing for his clients was very satisfying too.


D'Lon has been award "Top Producer for Individual Sales" by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee for many years. Together with his wife Libby, the Dobson's are in their 20th year of serving residents of Tennessee.

Libby comes to TennHealth from a background in accounting with such prestigious companies as Peat Marwick in Atlanta. In 2011, Libby came to Tennessee and joined her new husband working in the insurance business. Libby works as accounts manager at TennHealth.
